• Request a keyline to create your art on to reduce costly errors or delays. Keyline instructions are provided.
• Send native files created in an Adobe® program, QuarkXPress®, or CorelDraw®. Include fonts and all High Resolution imports.
• OR Send a print-ready PDF. Spot colors must be created where desired. If your art is to be Four Color Process make sure there are no RGB images or spot colors you don’t want. Convert fonts to outlines or embed the font.
• Embossed or Foil Stamped areas should be vector images.

Sending Files

• Art may be sent by mail. Please include a laser visual.
• Small files may be emailed.
• Larger files may be placed on our FTP site. To upload files via FTP through a web-based screen, click here.
  NOTE: You will need to obtain a username and password in order to login. Once you login, locate the files you would like to upload by clicking the Browse button. For best results, please compress / stuff / zip files before sending files via FTP. Type the name of your Customer Service Representative and all other appropriate fields to ensure fastest turn time. Then click the Upload button.
